Four-Year Search Ends at Jubilee Meadows

Helen ChristieDavid moved back in with his parents after the sale of his previous property, hoping to find a new home within a few months. However, the months turned into years due to other sales falling through and a lack of suitable properties on the market.
Happily, David’s luck changed when he paid a visit to the development in Felcott Road, where he soon snapped up a two-bedroom, two-bathroom former show home.
The 43-year-old says: “I came here and fell in love with it. I’d seen a few other new build developments but they had been a bit unsightly and looked out of place with their surroundings. Jubilee Meadows is a very classy development and a nice, quiet neighbourhood.
“My apartment has been laid out really well with an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. In some properties, this can feel like you’re always in the kitchen, but in mine the areas are clearly separate. I wouldn’t change anything about the apartment. This is great as I’m in London from 7.00am to 7.00pm during the week, so I don’t have much free time for DIY!”
David has a straightforward commute to his job in central London, with a ten-minute walk to Walton-on-Thames Railway Station and a 25 minute train journey into the capital. “The commute was of big interest to me when I was looking for a property,” says David. “Jubilee Meadows is in a perfect location for getting to places like Walton, Esher and Wimbledon, too. I’m really pleased with my choice.”
David adds that the service he received from the sales team was “absolutely brilliant”. He says: “They checked in every week to make sure everything was ok and were very helpful. It was a seamless process."
