First Purchasers Delighted by Hayfield Chase

Helen ChristieHayfield Homes is a new housebuilder forged by the former directors of the Banner Homes Midlands team, and Hayfield Chase is the housebuilder’s debut development in Tiddington, Stratford-upon-Avon.
After Phil and Marlene’s two children moved near to the area of Stratford-upon-Avon, and with their first grandchild on the way, the couple decided to make the move to be closer to them. Now the first residents at Hayfield Chase, they have lost no time in settling into their new home.
Marlene explains: “We feel so at home already, and Hayfield Homes have been so attentive, going above and beyond to help us move smoothly. They even cleared the snow for us and helped to hang our pictures! We now feel truly settled in, and had all of our decorations up in time for Christmas."
Hayfield Chase is a collection of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom new homes in Tiddington, just over a mile from Stratford-upon-Avon town centre. The village has a range of amenities on hand, with a local shop and post office, a church, traditional pubs and a primary and pre-school.
Marlene and Phil had not planned on purchasing a new build, but after driving past the development on Main Road, they were drawn in by the immaculate site and felt the homes would be worth viewing. The couple fell in love with a four-bedroom property at the front of the development, impressed by the standard of quality.
Marlene says: “We were attracted by the craftsmanship throughout the home, like the dual aspect windows and all the strategic storage space – it’s not just a box house, it has a top specification and lots of character at the same time.”
Marlene continues: “It was a big decision to move, but we haven’t looked back. We just love everything about the house – I’ve even handed in my notice at work so I can spend more time here!”
