Buyer Assistance Scheme Helps Naomi Secure Her New Home

Her youngest son and his wife had moved to a new homes development in the area and, upon visiting him, Naomi was convinced by the quality and ease that new builds could offer. She said: “I had never considered a new build home before, but when I visited my son’s home, it was so beautiful I couldn’t believe it. The rooms are a great size, I love having a front and rear garden, and I have barely had to use my central heating once since I moved in.
