Haydn Buys A New Home At The Development He’s Selling

Posted 7 June 2023 by Keith Osborne

Sales advisor Haydn now lives at home at Harbour Place, where he sells new properties for David Wilson Homes...

A sales advisor at a David Wilson Homes development in Bedhampton is so impressed with the new homes he’s selling that he now lives in one himself, with his dog Mable.

Haydn Bula (31) works at the leading housebuilder’s Harbour Place site on Havant Road and is committed to sharing his knowledge of the benefits of purchasing a David Wilson property with his customers.

He said: “David Wilson Homes is bringing a selection of high-quality new homes to Bedhampton, and with many of our customers buying off-plan, it’s great that I can help them visualise what their new home will look like. I live in a David Wilson Homes property myself, so I know exactly what’s on offer.”

Haydn has been living at the housebuilder’s Oakhill Gardens development in Swanmore, Hampshire, for five years and has been selling David Wilson homes for six years. Dedicated to his position of sales advisor, he said it’s a privilege to play a part in such a big stage in people’s lives.

He said: “Investing in a new home is a big deal, and it’s important that I help make everything as easy as possible for customers. From welcoming buyers through the door, to talking them through the process, and liaising with them every step of the way, it’s important that I build up a good relationship with them.”

Starting with the housebuilder in 2018, Haydn is keen to develop his career in construction. He added: “I’ve been a sales advisor for six years now, and Harbour Place is the third development I’ve worked at. I really enjoy the role and it’s always fantastic to see people moving into their brand new homes. I’m looking forward to progressing up the career ladder with David Wilson Homes.”

Tammy Bishop, David Wilson Homes sales and marketing director, said: “Haydn is a real asset to the David Wilson Homes team, and I’m thrilled to hear that he’s enjoying his role. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s reassuring to know that we have a great team at the helm.”

Harbour Place is situated between Bedhampton and Drayton in Hampshire and offers a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes close to Havant town centre. Prices currently start at £242,500. Buyers can ask about Deposit Unlock and some special offers on selected plots.
