Couple Part Exchange To A Brand New Home

A Wiltshire couple have been able to secure a brand new home with the help of Part Exchange at David Wilson Homes’ Weston Meadow development.

Stephen and Susie Clark from Calne decided to make use of the scheme so they could move into their new home quickly and with little stress.

“We were really excited about moving in at Weston Meadow but were worried it would take a while for our current property to sell,” said Stephen. “With Part Exchange, this problem was taken out of our hands and the whole process was much simpler.”

Susie explains that they were determined to buy a new build home: “We have always liked new build properties, and this will be our fourth.
