A Weekend Walk Leads To A New Home

Warehouse team leader Justyna, 35, and her fiance Jakub, 31, had initially thought all the houses on Countryside’s Brookfield Vale development in Blackburn had been sold, but were in for a pleasant surprise when they popped by the site.

Stopping by the site during a weekend stroll, the couple found themselves falling for a three-bedroom, semi-detached home. 

Justyna says: “We're currently living in Blackburn, just five minutes from the development. We were enjoying a walk around our area when we decided to stop by the Countryside sales office. We weren’t expecting any houses to be available so when the sales consultant told us that wasn’t the case, we couldn’t believe our luck!”

After saving for around six years, the couple had never considered a new build property, but were intrigued by Countryside’s quality specification. Justyna adds: “The specification was great, everything was amazing quality. Our sales consultant helped us make decisions and provided us with lots of helpful information - which made it really easy to make our choices.”

The couple found that the impressive amount of garden space for their family was a huge factor for them. Justyna explains: “Having outside space was really important to us, my fiance's son is so excited to play in the garden! We're planning to have lots of flowers in the garden and a BBQ area for drinks, and so we can eat outside.”
