Barratt Homes awarded the prize to purchase ledger, Erin, 49, and company director, Barry, 50, after they entered into a draw following the reservation of their new home at High Elms Park, after a recent open day event at the development.

Erin and Barry who are moving to the Hullbridge development from Chafford Hundred in London, say: “We were amazed and surprised when we found out we had won tickets to The Ritz, and we have booked in our afternoon tea for January to help us get through the January blues.

The Ritz, which is located in Piccadilly, is often regarded as one of London’s most iconic hotels due to its luxury rooms and famous five-star afternoon tea experience.
