Barratt Homes offers a number of schemes to help you move into you brand new Barratt Home. These include the govenment backed Help to Buy scheme but also some additional innovative schemes that can give you that extra boost.

Part Exchange Xtra

With Part Exchange Xtra, Barratt Homes helps you with the sale of your existing home, meaning you could be moving to your new home sooner than you think. 

Step 1: Find out if you qualify by speaking to a Barratts advisor

Step 2: Barratts will get two estate agents quotes and then agree a sale price with you

Step 3: Pick and reserve your new Barratt home

Step 4: Barratt will nominate an estate agent who will sort out the arrangements for selling your home.

Step 5: If you cannot sell your home, and your new home is ready in 8 weeks, Barratt will offer to buy your home as part of the Part Exchange Xtra scheme

Step 6: Move into your brand new Barratt home

Barratt Movemaker

When you buy a new home with Barratt, you can take advantage of the Movemaker scheme. This means that Barratt will pay your estate agents fees when selling your home.
