Property developer Banner Homes has been given the green light to develop six detached five-bedroom homes on land to the rear of 182 London Road, Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire.

Located within a private gated estate, the new homes at the development will be overlooking a central landscaped area.

Building work is due to start on site in September 2013 and the homes will be available for sale in summer 2014.

Peter Blades, Land Director for Banner Homes Central, said: "This latest planning permission signals Banner Homes continuing investment in new opportunities. 2012 was another record breaking year for Banner Homes with exchanges on new land deals providing a gross development value of £150m across the Group from 34 new development sites. These results continue to reflect the business's attention to the middle and top end of the market."

Banner Homes, which operates regional divisions, Central, Southern and Midlands, has been building new homes for almost 40 years and has achieved a considerable reputation for developing homes of traditional quality on sites ranging from individual detached houses to developments of 100 dwellings and more, with an average selling price over £600,000.
