Redrow set to launch brand new home types at Chester development
This month, award-winning Redrow Homes is preparing to launch a brand new collection of homes at its latest development in the Chester area, Earls Park in Huntington.
It is the very first development to feature the Regent Collection from the current WhatHouse? Large Housebuilder of the Year. This is a series of new home types inspired by classic Georgian-style architecture to complement its existing Heritage Collection and Abode sets of houses.
The Regent Collection homes are typified by impressive characterful frontages, stone bandings and ashlar render detailing. Many of the house types also feature stone porticos and gable pediments creating a distinct sense of grandeur. All this is matched inside, with light-filled, spacious rooms and a high specification of fittings and finishes.
Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), says: “We are really excited about the Earls Park development because we have never built the Regent Collection of homes in the area before and we are certain that buyers will fall in love with them.
“It means that, as well as our Heritage Collection homes, we can offer an alternative so people can have a choice of style to suit their taste. One thing that will remain be the same, however, will be Redrow's quality and attention to detail. And that will be second to none as always.”
“The fact that Chester has been named one of the best places to live in the North West by The Sunday Times confirms our belief in this area and supports our decision to build in this prime location.”
Initially, Earls Park will be sold from Redrow's nearby Regent's Grange, with a show home scheduled to open on the site itself this summer.
