10% of homeowners regret buying their home...but why?

10% of homeowners regret purchasing their property, according to new research by Ocean Finance. The research also implies that the older you are, the more likely you are to make a considered buying decision, with only 5% of over 55's regretting purchasing their home, and 23% of people aged 25-34 doing so.

Even those who don't regret purcashing don't necessarily like their home. 43% of homeowners questioned by Ocean said that they liked everything about their houses, with 57% disliking one or more aspect.
