Scotland New Homes Round-up - The Best of Today's New Build Properties

Scotland's housing market hotspots are expected to see a healthy price growth of more than 3% in 2019, according to experts.

In 2018, Scotland outperformed other UK regions, with property values rising by 6.43% compared to 3.98% in Wales, and a marginal 0.58% in England. The property market is expected to continue in a similar vein in 2019, although the outcome of Brexit in March could change any existing predictions, experts say.

Prospective buyers in Scotland who have already launched their New Year house-hunt can find some inspiration in our latest round-up of developments spread across the country – stretching from the Scottish Highlands in the north down to the Scottish Borders in the south.
