Scotland New Homes Round-up

Posted 5 August 2019 by Rebecca Burns

Our latest round-up of new build homes for sale in developments situated across Scotland, covering a range of budgets and property types...

Scotland's property market is enjoying a refreshed flurry of activity, with house prices there growing at nearly three times the annual rate of those in England, according to new figures.

The Office for National Statistics' UK House Price Index, which provides an official snapshot of the market, reveals that the average price of a property in Scotland in May 2019 was £152,801 – a rise of 2.8% on the same period last year. In England, on the other hand, there was an increase of just 1%.

With such a robust market, and activity levels picking up, the summer seems to be the right time for many prospective house-hunters to kick-start their Scottish property search –so here’s our latest selection of new developments there.
