Scotland new homes round-up - the best of today's new build properties

Posted 8 November 2017 by Rebecca Burns

Our latest round-up of new build homes for sale in developments situated across Scotland, covering a range of budgets and property types...

Scotland's housing market is on the up, bucking the general UK trend – with Edinburgh recording the fastest house price growth of all UK cities, overtaking popular hubs in the north of England such as Manchester and Birmingham.

While the housing market in most areas of the UK appears to be stuck in something of a rut, many parts of Scotland are bucking this trend.  There were flat levels of growth in Cardiff, the Welsh capital, and other seemingly thriving UK cities such as Oxford and Cambridge, but Edinburgh saw a far better house price growth of 6.7% in the year to September.

For prospective buyers in Scotland we have put together a round-up of some interesting developments distributed across the country, including options for first-time buyers and those with a larger budget to spend.
