Scotland New Homes Round-up

Posted 23 December 2019 by Rebecca Burns

Our latest round-up of new build homes for sale in developments situated across Scotland, covering a range of budgets and property types...

The value of Scotland's property market has managed to hold up in 2019, according to reports, and is now on course to exceed £18bn for the second year running.

New figures from law firm Aberdein Considine reveal that house sales in Scotland reached £5.3bn during the third quarter of 2019, up by £100m on the same quarter last year. And average prices were relatively buoyant throughout Scotland, not just in Edinburgh. The cities of Glasgow, Stirling and Dundee also showed rising sale values, for example, while Aberdeen's emergence from the oil and gas downturn also continued.

With the festive season here, we’ve put together a fresh selection of new developments across Scotland for those who want to beat the New Year house-search rush.
