Keith OsborneFor anyone who already owns a home but is looking to upsize to an energy-efficient and low-maintenance brand new property in the West Midlands region, the thought of the property chain can be daunting, with the potential for things to go take them ‘back to square one’ in the selling/buying process. Part Exchange could be the answer.
Purchasing a new build home eliminates the chain going forward and taking up a Part Exchange scheme from a housebuilder can remove the other side of the chain, with the company being a cash buyer for an agreed price. There’s the bonus of removing estate agency fees from your buying budget too.
Barratt Developments – a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year which operates under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands – is offering its own Part Exchange schemes (terms and conditions apply) at a host of sites across the Warwickshire and Shropshire.
