Local Area

Home to nearly 32,000 residents, Devizes is a bustling and popular medieval market town. The Kennet and Avon Canal runs through the town and the famous Caen Hill Locks are situated 2.5 miles away, comprising a series of 29 locks over a 2-mile stretch of water.

Devizes features a variety of local and national shops including a large Sainsbury`s that`s just under a mile from the new development.
