About Eccleston Homes

Eccleston Homes was founded by Kevin Marren and creates traditional homes with contemporary interiors, ideal for modern living. The housebuilder focuses primarily on building small developments in desirable locations across the North West of England.

Every property built by Eccleston Homes is a sustainable home. It uses modern building techniques to create less waste with less environmental impact. On selected developments, homes come with many green technologies such as solar panels, integrated recycling bins, compost bins, energy efficient kitchen appliances and built-in cavity and loft insulation. The housebuilder uses Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery to transfer heat from the bathroom and kitchen into other rooms in order to keep the running costs lower.

Eccleston Homes offers a range of schemes and incentives in order to make the purchase of a home easier. The government-backed Help to Buy scheme is offered, so buyers only need to find a 5% deposit. Part Exchange is also available, as well as the company’s EasyMove scheme and it also offers mortgage advice and recommended solicitors. For buyers that use one of its solicitors, the housebuilder will make a £500 contribution to the legal fees.

All properties from Eccleston Homes come with key features such as signature bi-folding doors, full-equipped kitchens, spacious garages and a landscaped gardens. It offers a Unique Extras service which allows the buyers to personalise their new home.
