We are a small exclusive housing developer committed to excellence in house building at developments across Lancashire.  As an SME established in 2017, we started work on developing the company and the first of our schemes in Bamber Bridge was completed in 2020.  We have now progressed designs for our new range of homes for launch in 2021 and have acquired land for further exclusive developments throughout Lancashire.
