The Gatehouse is located in the eastern periphery of Edinburgh, just a mile east of the city bypass. Residents will also enjoy an abundance of East Lothian landscape, with largely rural surroundings offering stunning scenery and green open space.
The River Esk runs just to the west of the development, which can be followed around three miles north to Musselburgh where it joins the North Sea.
The development is just off Whitecraig Road, with Carberry Road a major distributor leading north, the A68 under a mile south, The City of Edinburgh Bypass a four-minute drive away, and, of course, the A1 just a three-minute drive away, leading directly to Princes Street in Edinburgh where it terminates.
This development will fall under the administration of East Lothian Council.
