Completion Of New Development In Kew Bridge
Apo has announced the completion of its second development, located in Kew Bridge, located at the heart of the Brentford East regeneration project.
The development provides 487 rental homes across four buildings, a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, available both unfurnished and furnished by Danish-inspired BoConcept.
The development is wrapped around the Gtech Community Stadium, home to Brentford FC and rugby union’s London Irish. Residents are said to have a bird’s-eye view of the game at the 17,250-seater venue.
Shared facilities across the site include The Local, a space equipped for both “co-working and no-working”, complete with meeting areas, group tables, office pods, cosy seating and room to relax, as well as The Nest, a quiet lounge space, “state-of-the-art” wellness studio, gym, and several large rooftop terrace spaces.
Being just moments from Kew Bridge station, these new homes are also complemented by local high-street retailers, cafés and restaurants and the benefits of the regeneration scheme.
Matt Finch, director at Apo, commented: ’’We are delighted to announce the full completion of our second rental scheme at Kew Bridge. Following the successful launch of our first site in Barking, we are proud to have created 1,082 new build-to-rent homes in London over the past two years, responding to the high market demand while maintaining even higher expectations for quality and intuitive living services.
“We look forward to continuing to welcome new members into the community lifestyle on offer at Apo Kew Bridge.’’
60% of apartments released in the first phase of Apo Kew Bridge were let within eight weeks of its launch in November 2021.
