We are excited to have recently launched a new rental property company called Chase Living.  This arm of the business will provide a portfolio of professionally managed new properties in response to the growing demand for high-quality, premium rental homes. Properties available under the Chase Living brand include a stylish collection of one and two-bedroomed apartments to rent at One One Six in Cockfosters,  a selection of one and two-bedroomed riverside apartments at Lea Wharf in Hertford and 3-bedroomed family homes at Scholars in Broxbourne.
