We take a look around the country for the latest offers, launches and events relating to new homes for sale...

It’s half-term week for many, which has potentially given more house-hunters an opportunity to take a look at more potential new homes, and housebuilders around the UK have a host of offers and events going to attract buyers to their sites… 


‘Spring sale’ at Warwickshire and Devon retirement developments

For older homebuyers hoping to secure a brand new home will be pleased to hear that specialist developer Renaissance Villages has a current offer on its developments in Warwickshire and Devon, offering to cover stamp duty payments on properties reserved at the two sites by 15 June 2017, for those purchases where contracts are exchanged within three months.

Maudsley Park in Great Alne and Millbrook Village in Exeter both offer a range of properties open to over-55s, and buyers could save anything between £3,750 and £27,000 if they take up this offer. Prices at Maudslay Park start from £275,000 for an apartment and from £490,000 for a cottage, while at Millbrook Village, two-bedroom apartments start at £344,950. Both developments have an impressive collection of residents-only facilities, such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, restaurant and bar.

Three show homes to open at Herne Bay development this Saturday

The FairwaysMultiple WhatHouse? Awards winner Redrow Homes is opening three new show homes at it’s The Fairways development in Herne Bay on the north Kent coast this Saturday 27 May, following an impressive start to the scheme which has seen 24 homes sold off-plan.

The show homes are all detached homes from Redrow’s Heritage Collection of Arts & Crafts-inspired designs: a three-bedroom ‘Amberley’, and four-bedroom ‘Cambridge’ and ‘Oxford’ styles. New apartments launched at Deptford development

Lendlease has launched a new range of apartments as part of its Deptford development The Timberyard.

The Panoramic Collection at Cedarwood Square comprises one- to three-bedroom apartments. Cedarwood Square itself will provide 203 new homes as part of a mixed-use development in a part of south-east London undergoing significant redevelopment. The Panoramic Collection starts at £447,500 and offers residents excellent views of the surrounding area and wider London cityscape, and is just minutes from Deptford High Street and numerous transport links.

Final four homes unveiled at popular Kilmarnock development

Westlin WalkBarratt Homes is close to completing sales at its Westlin Walk development in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, as it release the last four homes for sale there, a range of four-bedroom houses and some incentives to assist buyers on certain plots.

New show home opens at Cricklewood development

New play area opens at Elephant & Castle development

Developer L&Q has opened a brand new children’s play area at its Harvard Gardens development in Elephant & Castle, London SE17, to complement the range of apartments and duplexes available at the scheme and appeal to families looking for a home in this developing and well-linked part of the capital.

Housebuilder opens new show home in Huddersfield this weekend

Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 June is the launch weekend for a brand new show home at Empire Works, a development in Slaithwaite, a village just south-west of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, as it launches a phase of four family homes and a collection of apartments.
