Under the scheme, subject to terms and conditions, if you’ve saved a 5% or 10% deposit aready, Lovell will boost it with a further 5%, which will allowing you to access a better mortgage deal and bring purchasing your new home within financial reach. The housebuilder has recommended financial advisors who have excellent relationships with many banks and building societies who are happy to accept this scheme.
