Barratt Developments, the WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019 which trades under the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, has introduced an enhanced Part Exchange scheme at developments across the East Riding of Yorkshire that could be major help to house-hunters with a home to sell.
Part Exchange Guarantee allows the buyer to agree a value for their old home with the housebuilder, based on estate agent valuations, which takes away the hassle of the property chain and means that the buyer only needs to move from their old home when the new one is ready. Under Part Exchange Guarantee, the new home buyer will get any profit made when the housebuilder successfully sells their old property, less estate agent selling fees.
This scheme is available on a number of developments from Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes across the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Hessle
Fleet Green
Fleet Green is a collection of new homes situated off Jenny Brough Lane, just minutes from the Humber Bridge and A164, yet surrounded by scenic farmland and wide-open fields. Families will appreciate being close to a range of well-regarded schools including Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' Swanland Primary School. Part Exchange Guarantee is offered on Plot 538, the ‘Maidstone’.
