There’s plenty happening for homebuyers in the new build market this week, and here we take a look at launches, offers and events occurring around the UK in the next few days…

Launch of new homes in Berkshire this weekend

Saturday 17 June sees the launch of a brand new collection of homes in the village of Datchet, Berkshire, as Howarth Homes unveils its Montagu Mews development there.

The Regency-style homes each have a view towards Windsor Castle and are accessed from a private, gated driveway. The development includes a two-bedroom detached house and a collection of four-bedroom detached family homes. These larger houses have three reception rooms – with a ‘super’ room offering expansive open-plan living in some of the larger property types – and a separate utility room to the kitchen, as well as two en suite bedrooms. The specification is strong, providing a range of built-in appliances including a wine cooler, as well as hotel-style bathroom and en suite tiles and sanitaryware.

Dale Wagstaff, managing director of Howarth Homes, says: “We believe Montagu Mews offers a rare opportunity to acquire a unique, high-quality home in a delightful, private setting, surrounded by fields. Datchet is a highly sought-after village which combines quintessential English village life with great transport links. We are launching this unique collection of regency style properties with a show home to showcase the quality of the luxuriously appointed fixtures and fittings on offer.”

Prices at this development start at £694,995.
