Loved for its period properties, the appearance of stylish new build homes in Godalming is rare, especially in a central location in the town. But that is what homebuyers in Surrey will see from 11 June, when the marketing suite and show home opens at Prime Place Godalming.

This development will feature a mix of apartments and townhouses, with the latter of special interest to family buyers and released for sale as the marketing suite opens.
