Who we are
We are a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the building trade. Established in 1980 our head offices are based in Bridge of Allan, Stirlingshire. Most importantly we are all about delivering quality buildings and in the beginning our property development projects concentrated at first on renovating older properties into residential apartments.
After which we then expanded our business successfully into light industrial and commercial developments within the healthcare sector. During this time, we operated as a care home provider, with 300 residents in five locations, until we sold this section of the company in 2006
About Us
With our extensive operational experience, we continue to provide turnkey facilities to major operators and institutional investors.
Because we have always been prudent in our selection of developments and, as a result, have grown steadily in the residential and commercial property sectors.
With the volume and diversity of the business increasing, we decided in 2007 to establish Allanwater Homes. A distinct company within the Allan Water Group portfolio, which would have its own clear brand identity, under which residential projects would be managed and marketed.
Heading up the company is Managing Director, David Stirling. With the business securely focused on a culture of listening to our customers.
We aim to be recognised as an honest and transparent regional housebuilder of quality homes. To provide an excellent aftercare service and be the provider of choice for home buyers in our area.
