WhatHouse?'s sister publication Show House retains Magazine of the Year title

Posted 17 March 2015

Show House, the leading title for the UK housebuilding industry, was crowned Magazine of the Year for the second successive time at the LSL Property Press Awards in a prestigious ceremony in London on Monday night (16 March 2015).

The awards are the most prized in UK property journalism and Show House won gold ahead of Property Week in silver and Estates Gazette bronze.

It was a double triumph for Show House as editorial director Rupert Bates won bronze in the Columnist of the Year category. The Awards were presented by broadcaster and TV personality John Sergeant.

“I am absolutely delighted for all the team at Show House. It is a highly competitive category and we were up against great property titles with heavyweight industry reputations. To be crowned the best of the best by a prestigious panel of judges, in the year the magazine celebrates its 20th birthday, is a fantastic achievement,” said Rupert Bates.

Note to Editors: Show House is published monthly by Globespan Media, which also runs the leading new homes portal www.whathouse.com, publishes regional WhatHouse? newspapers and organises the annual WhatHouse? Awards.
