About the Development

Situated in the sought-after area of Spinney Hill, just north of the town, Kingsland Park is the ideal location for Redrow’s award winning three and four-bedroom Heritage Collection homes. With the vast open spaces of Bradlaugh Fields close by, outstanding schools right on your doorstep and swift links into town and the M1 beyond, you couldn’t be better placed.

Register your interest today for these high quality new homes in Northampton, coming soon subject to planning, and we’ll make sure you are the first to know the news as the development progresses, plus you’ll get the pick of the plots when they are released. Remember, you only need 5% deposit with Help to Buy and Redrow can Help to Sell too, so shifting your old home won’t slow you down.

There is a Tesco Extra nearby for all your day to day needs, with a Morrisons close to the development and Waitrose and Asda in nearby Kingsthorpe.
For GPs, register with Park Avenue Medical Centre (Sat Nav NN3 2HZ, call 01604 716500), while dentists can be found at Kingsthorpe Grove Dental Practice (Sat Nav NN2 6NS, call 01604 719955).

You’ll find plenty of great dining options in and around Spinney Hill, without having to venture into town. There is also a great selection of eateries along Kettering Road including New Sunrise, Imperial Raj, The White Elephant and Tres Angelos. The Lane Restaurant and Brasserie on Booth Lane is also a popular choice.
Naturally, Northampton town centre offers an even wider range of restaurants, with something for every taste and budget, or you can head out to the Northamptonshire villages to find a wealth of cosy country pubs serving great homemade food and real ales.

At Redrow, we understand the importance of good schools when it comes to choosing a new home for your family, and you’ll be pleased to know that Spinney Hill is well served for both primary and secondary education.
Parklands Primary and Boothville Primary are both within easy reach, with St Gregory’s Catholic Primary offering a faith based alternative. For older pupils, Northampton School for Girls is within walking distance and is rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, while Kingsthorpe College is rated ‘good’. Thomas Becket Catholic School offers next stage education for pupils from St Gregory’s.
Northampton College is nearby for further education, while the campus of Northampton University is also conveniently close for stay at home students who want to save on living expenses.

As one of Britain’s biggest towns, Northampton has plenty of things to do in your leisure time. You’ll find Kingsthorpe Golf Course just a short drive away, with Collingtree Golf Course and Moulton Sports Complex also within easy reach, along with a wide selection of local fitness centres, including two Virgin gyms. Or for sports of a different kind, try Nene Valley White Water Centre which has thrills to spare.
For evening entertainment, Northampton has a wide selection, from the multi-screen cinemas of Vue and Cineworld, to the arthouse screenings of Northampton Filmhouse. There are also several theatres, including the Royal and Derngate, The Deco and your own local Spinney Hill Theatre.
For a fun family day out, head for Abington Park and Museum, or take a bounce at Boost Trampoline Park. Or for a spot of history and culture, visit 78 Derngate, the only house in England designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh or the many attractions of the Cultural Quarter and the historic Boot and Shoe Quarter.

Northampton has been a shopping destination for centuries, with the market square one of the largest and oldest in the country, dating back to 1235. There is still a market held there every day except Sundays, with Monday dedicated to fresh fruit and vegetables.
Northampton town centre has an extensive pedestrianised area, with both household names and independent retailers. There are two main shopping centres, the Grosvenor Centre and Market Walk, along with St Giles Street, winner of the Great British High Street in 2015.

Northampton enjoys a central location offering easy access to a number of nearby towns, including Kettering, just 12miles away, Bedford and Milton Keynes, both 22miles away and Coventry just 34miles away. Central London is 70miles and Birmingham around 50miles.
Kingsland Park lies around three miles from the M1 junctions 15 and 15A and has easy access to both the A45 and A43.
There are regular busses into the town centre, where you’ll find direct rail services to London Euston or Birmingham in about an hour, or Coventry in around half an hour.
For family holidays and business trips, London Luton Airport is around 40miles and Birmingham International is around 50miles, ensuring you get off to a flying start.
