About the Development

Yew Tree Park marks a major new development in the Lancashire village of Burscough, and you could be one of the first to move in with a superb selection of two, three and four bedroom homes from Redrow’s award winning Heritage Collection at The Grange at Yew Tree Park.

These high quality family homes in Lancashire are within easy reach of two separate rail lines, and lie just off the main A59 Liverpool to Preston road, giving excellent commuter access across the region. Locally you’ll find a great choice of schools, shopping and leisure facilities, making it an ideal place to set up home for you and your family.

This superb new development is now available and remember, with Help to Buy you need just a 5% deposit to secure your new home at The Grange at Yew Tree Park, and Redrow could even help you sell your old one, with Help to Sell, so you’re ready to move in as soon as your new home is ready.

Amenities

Both Aldi and Booths supermarkets are conveniently close to the development, at Ringtail Retail Park, with a Tesco superstore to the north of the village.

Closer to home you’ll find the Bull and Dog and The Curry Leaf Asian restaurant, with The Sinner’s Club, Infusions Café Bistro, The Hop and Vine and The Old packet House in the village centre.

Nearby Ormskirk offers a further choice, including Turquaz Turkish restaurant, Left Bank Brasserie and the Portuguese flavours of the Piri Piri Grill.

Burscough has an excellent choice of primary schools for your little ones, with Burscough Village Primary rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, Burscough Lordsgate Township CofE Primary rated ‘good with outstanding features’ and St John’s Catholic Primary, St John’s CofE Primary and Burscough Bridge Methodist Primary all rated ‘good’.

For older pupils, the village is home to Burscough Priory Science College, with St Bede’s Catholic High, Kingsbury School and Lathom High in nearby Ormskirk offering an alternative just a short bus ride away.

Leisure

Burscough Wharf offers a wide choice of arts and entertainment by the canal side, with a range of leisure and retail facilities offering everything from craft shops to cycle hire for a ride along the towpath. Alternative evening entertainment can be found at Parbold Picture House or the Odeon Cinema at Switch Island.

For sports, try Burscough Racquets and Fitness Centre or take on the challenge of Ormskirk or Hurlston Hall golf courses. Or for a great family day out, visit the Wildfowl and Wetlands Centre at Martin Mere or the magnificent black and white timbered Rufford Hall.
