Exit the M61 at junction 8, and follow the signs towards Chorley Town Centre. At the roundabout take the second exit on to Preston Road (A6) and move to the right hand lane. At the traffic lights bear right towards Chorley A & E (B5252). Continue to the next roundabout and take the first exit on to Chancery Road and the development is on the right in approximately 300m.


There's a great choice of shopping facilities starting with Tesco and Asda superstores just minutes away for your weekly shop. Chorley town centre and famous markets are also close to hand and further afield, there's a wealth of shopping opportunities in nearby Preston and Manchester.
