Crookbarrow View is a new Extra Care scheme in Worcester that allows residents over the age of 55 to live independently in their own very spacious apartment with access to on-site care, if and when they need it.

The scheme has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors, which include a busy caf /bistro that serves a delicious Sunday carvery and a hair salon that are both open for use by the community. In addition, there is a communal lounge, gardens and an activity room to socialise and engage in fun activities with other residents too. Or if you have family visiting, we even have a guest suite to stay over for a night or two!

Worcester city centre is perfect for those who love to socialise, with cafes, restaurants and retail stores accessible. You can find Crookbarrow View just off the dual carriageway making it an accessible place to visit, not forgetting the bus stop across the road and Worcester Parkway is a five-minute drive away to help you get from A to B.

There are one and two-bedroom apartments available to purchase through shared ownership*, with a minimum purchase of 25% to a maximum of 75%.
