From Exeter head north on the M5 until J28 and take the B3181 signposted to Cullompton. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on to Station Road/B3181. Go through two roundabouts and then turn left onto the High Street/B3181. Take the 2nd right onto Tiverton Road and the development will be clearly signposted.

Cullompton's high street is host to everyday necessities such as banks, a newsagent and Boots the Chemist. For weekly shopping essentials a Tesco Superstore is conveniently situated near the centre of town. A farmers' market is held once a month where local produce can be sampled and bought. There is also a weekly indoor market held in the town centre.

Culm Valley Sports Centre includes a fitness suite, swimming classes, a sports hall, squash court, all weather pitch and a sauna. Excellent golf facilities are to be found at Padbrook Park. Long established rugby, football and cricket clubs enjoy strong local support. There are excellent walks and jogging trails in the neighbouring countryside.

Further education can be found in Exeter 30 minutes away.
