From Exeter head north on the M5 until J28 and take the B3181 signposted to Cullompton. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on to Station Road/B3181. Go through two roundabouts and then turn left onto the High Street/B3181. Take the 2nd right onto Tiverton Road and the development will be clearly signposted.

Shopping
Cullompton's pretty high street is host to everyday necessities such as banks, a newsagent and Boots the Chemist. For weekly shopping essentials a Tesco Superstore is conveniently situated near the centre of town. A farmers' market is held once a month where local produce can be sampled and bought.
