Sold house prices – Land Registry figures

Posted 13 September 2015 by Keith Osborne

House price data from the Land Registy, including the latest sold house prices from England and Wales

House prices are something of an obsession with the British public, and the most reliable ones we have are from the Land Registry, which records sold house prices for England and Wales.

Even if we're not in the market for a new home, we like to keep up with how house prices are changing. If we are looking to move, it's useful to look at the price similar properties have been bought for recently, to estimate what we're likely to get for our own home.

All the latest Land Registry data is available for you here free of charge. Simply enter the postcode or street and town and we'll provide you with all the details.
