WhatHouse? speaks exclusively to project director David Newey at Anthology Hoxton Press on the site of 198 new homes for London...

The WhatHouse? team is regularly out on site looking at new homes developments first hand, and at our recent visit to Anthology Hoxton Press in eastern central London, we got a chance to catch up with its project director, David Newey.

Anthology Hoxton Press is one of this boutique developer’s current projects in the capital, bringing hundreds of new homes to underdeveloped areas. In this case, two towers, designed by architects Karakusevic Carson and David Chipperfield, are being constructed on a former paper factory site close to the City and the Regent’s Canal.

Set over 16 and 20 storeys respectively, the towers will comprise 198 apartments and penthouses for private sale in all, located opposite Shoreditch Park and with many enjoying cityscape views.

Here, we spend a few minutes speaking to David Newey about the project, as he describes in more detail the properties for sale and the area’s attraction to homebuyers:

While we were there, we also took a quick tour of the show home with David at the marketing suite, which gives property hunters a flavour of the layout and specification they can expect at the scheme. Follow him around the apartment with a detailed description of what you can find there:
