Video tour – Vita, Ruskin Square in Croydon

With a new marketing suite now open at the scheme, this CGI video tour of Vita could be just the encouragement for potential homebuyers looking for a new build in south London to get a taste of the accommodation on offer.

Vita is a 22-storey tower with 161 apartments under construction next door to East Croydon station, one of the South East’s best-connected stations, with frequent services into central London (15 minutes away), Clapham Junction, Gatwick Airport and destinations down to the south coast.

The development is a joint venture between WhatHouse? Awards-winning Places for People and Schroder UK Property Fund, and is creating high-specification accommodation at the heart of Ruskin Square’s £500m redevelopment.

The tower has a nine-storey plinth with the 161 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with design by Stirling Prize-winning architects AHMM. All the properties have large private balconies and benefit from a roof garden and landscaped private garden at ground level. Vita is scheduled for completion by this summer.
