Top of the Props: Our pick of the best new homes for sale in Shropshire
Lawley Village is perhaps the best-known area of development in Shropshire, adding over 3,000 new homes to what is already the most populous town in the county, Telford. Over 1,000 of these homes have been constructed to date.
A consortium of housebuilders is working to provide a wide mix of property types and styles there. An additional phase on nearly 600 homes was proposed by the consortium earlier this year.
Another consortium has recently put forward plans for 360 new homes in the village of Bicton, on the outskirts of the county town of Shrewsbury. The proposed development would provide a new village green, multi-purpose games space and a network of footpaths and cycle routes.
