WhatHouse? takes a look at this beautiful show home in Fulham and finds out some of the style details room by room...

Boutique London developer, Fruition Properties is setting a new standard of luxury in Fulham with the launch of the much anticipated Madison Apartments. The show home has just been completed and features interiors by Suna Interior Design.

Madison Apartments comprise sixteen generously proportioned one- and two-bedroom flats, and a further three-bedroom penthouse is due to launch later this year.

Each home at Madison Apartments features an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, while floor-to-ceiling windows and doors ensure light filled interiors throughout, creating a harmonious living experience. The specification, which exceeds the normal offering for new build homes in Fulham, continues with features including individual wine coolers, thermostatic underfloor heating throughout, recessed energy efficient LED lighting, programmable mood lighting and flush ceiling-mounted Q Acoustics speakers within each apartment.

The apartments benefit from a lift, as well as private off street parking (at an additional cost). Buyers will also take comfort in the two year Fruition Properties’ warranty provided, in addition to the 10 year BLP New Homes Warranty.

WhatHouse? spoke to Monica Khiroya, product and marketing director at Fruition Properties to find out more about the inspiration behind the interior design...

Monica says: “Using our in-depth understanding of the market, we designed the show home with our target demographic in mind; a young professional Fulham couple who want a sleek and on-trend base from which to enjoy this lively neighbourhood.”

"We deliberately took a minimalist approach, as we didn’t want to detract from some of the key features of the build itself – such as the double height ceiling in the main living area, which is proving popular with prospective buyers."Living area at Madison Apartments
"A muted colour palette of mostly greys, silvers and beige creates a timeless and elegant look, accented by sleek furniture that provides a contemporary feel. This is complemented by feature wallpaper in the hallway and one of the bedrooms which adds a new dimensions of texture throughout the home. "We’re using an increasing amount of glass in our homes, reflected here in the glass feature balustrade in the bedroom and the wall on the staircase which helps to maximise the space."The master bedroom

"We used a kitchen from the award-winning Metris Kitchens, whose hallmark is beautifully curved units that help create a softer appearance - combined with high spec appliances that not only look good but perform well."

"Both bedrooms are similar in size so we opted to use a complementary design to highlight the consistency in the spaces. The geometric patterned wallpaper in the second bedroom creates an almost 3D illusion - you instinctively want to touch it!"Second bedroom
"Darker grey titles in the bathroom provide contrast to the white sanitary ware, with the floating units adding a spa-like quality; ultimately, this is a space for relaxing."Bathroom

Homes at the Madison Apartments are due for completion in the summer of 2016.

Prices for a one-bedroom apartments start at £650,000.
