"We deliberately took a minimalist approach, as we didn’t want to detract from some of the key features of the build itself – such as the double height ceiling in the main living area, which is proving popular with prospective buyers."
"A muted colour palette of mostly greys, silvers and beige creates a timeless and elegant look, accented by sleek furniture that provides a contemporary feel. This is complemented by feature wallpaper in the hallway and one of the bedrooms which adds a new dimensions of texture throughout the home. "We’re using an increasing amount of glass in our homes, reflected here in the glass feature balustrade in the bedroom and the wall on the staircase which helps to maximise the space."
"We used a kitchen from the award-winning Metris Kitchens, whose hallmark is beautifully curved units that help create a softer appearance - combined with high spec appliances that not only look good but perform well."
"Both bedrooms are similar in size so we opted to use a complementary design to highlight the consistency in the spaces. The geometric patterned wallpaper in the second bedroom creates an almost 3D illusion - you instinctively want to touch it!"
"Darker grey titles in the bathroom provide contrast to the white sanitary ware, with the floating units adding a spa-like quality; ultimately, this is a space for relaxing."

Homes at the Madison Apartments are due for completion in the summer of 2016.
