Over 800 new homes launched in Earls Court

Posted 1 April 2014

The first phase of a major new residential scheme in Earls Court, west London, was officially launched last week.

The marketing suite for the new Lillie Square development, which will eventually consist of 808 new homes, was opened on Thursday 27 March, giving prospective buyers the opportunity to pop in and learn more about the project.

Lillie Square offers a wide selection of high-end apartments, townhouses and penthouses with 24-hour security, five-star services including concierge, and a private residents' clubhouse with a gym, 20m swimming pool, spa, bar and private dining facility.

Designed by architects and urban designers Paul Davis & Partners, Lillie Square will provide a selection of one- to three-bedroom apartments as well as contemporary four- and five-bedroom family homes with private gardens and secure garage parking.

First completions are scheduled for 2016 with prices starting from £595,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Gary Yardley, investment director of Capital & Counties Properties PLC, commented: "Lillie Square builds on west London's world-class heritage of premium garden square living, overlaying this with the benefits of a 21st-century lifestyle that buyers expect. This is a fantastic opportunity to own a new home in a neighbourhood that will be re-imagined by the wider Earls Court masterplan in the years to come."
