Buying a brand new home off-plan could bring a number of advantages to house-hunters, says Rippon Homes, as it continues preparations for its new development in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire – The Larches.

The housebuilder is urging homebuyers to consider the ‘early-bird’ decision to buy before construction starts at the development.

Ian Dyke, managing director of Rippon Homes, says: “Buying off-plan has many advantages. This is an exclusive development of just six homes and we have already received a very high level of interest.”
