Help to Buy in the South West – what is available through the scheme?

The number of new houses being built in the South West is still among the highest in the country. Many of these are available to purchase through Help to Buy…

Here are some examples of new houses that give you everything that's fantastic about a new house in addition to being in beautiful locations. What makes these new homes even more attractive is that they're eligible for the government's Help to Buy scheme which, in some cases, means you only need to find a 5% deposit. 

Clarendon Court in Winchester (CALA Homes)
