First homes released for sale at Wirral development

Eastham Green is located just under a mile from the centre of Eastham, a short distance away from the local Country Park on the Wirral bank of the River Mersey. The first release includes a selection of three-bedroom semi-detached homes, priced from £219,995, and a range of four-bedroom detached properties, selling from £279,995.
With the government-backed Help to Buy scheme, purchasers can consider one of these new homes if they have just a 5% deposit, with an interest-free equity loan bringing down the up-front price by 20%. Help to Buy is open to first-time buyers and those moving from an existing property.
