Buyer swoops to purchase a luxury £2m waterside property in Lymington off-plan
Posted 21 December 2015 by Keith Osborne
The first of just 12 luxury properties in prime waterside locations at Redrow’s prestigious Lymington Shores development has been sold to a keen buyer who has secured the home for £2m off-plan.
The five-bedroom villa looks south across the River Lymington and Solent, its contemporary architecture complemented with a spacious patio balcony and rooftop terrace from which to enjoy the views. These dozen top-end homes are in a gated private area on the site, for extra security and exclusivity.
Inside, as one might expect, these fine Lymington Shores homes have an enviable specification. The kitchen, for example, not only has fine cabinetry and worktops, its list of appliances includes a wine cooler and coffee machine and the sink has a chic instant boiling water tap.
Mark Vanson, sales director at housebuilder Redrow Homes (Southern Counties), says: “The high-end design of the villas at Lymington Shores is matched by their prestigious location: a waterfront address within walking distance of the heart of the fashionable sailing town of Lymington and just two hours’ drive from the lights of London.
“The purchase of the most exclusive property on the development is an indication of the value the market places on the kind of aspirational and exclusive lifestyle our homes are able to provide. Buyers will need to move fast to secure their first choice when the villas are released to the market in spring 2016.”
