Keith OsborneLinden Homes North will be unveiling a brand new show home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire this Saturday (30 January) with a special event for house-hunters and current residents.
The housebuilder – winner of Silver for Sustainable Developer of the Year at the WhatHouse? Awards 2015 – will launch the six-bedroom bespoke show house at Sussex Court at the event from 10.30am until 5.00pm, with special guests The Matthew Smith Jazz Band and Harrogate’s deputy mayor Cllr Jennifer Travena and consort Elizaberth Mann.
Sussex Court comprises 30 four-, five- and six bedroom homes situated within the conservation area of the Duchy of Lancaster Estate - close to the town centre in the popular town, which regularly ranks highly in national ‘quality of life’ surveys and has twice been awarded the title of ‘Britain’s happiest place to live’.
The event gives house-hunters the first chance to see a professionally interior-designed home at the development, which launched a year ago. In fact, Suzi Harding, of Suzi Harding Interiors, will be on site to advise homebuyers at the event on Saturday.
With prices starting at £950,000 for a four-bedroom home, some of the houses are nearing completion and would be ready to move into soon, for homebuyers in a hurry to make a move.
The location of this development offers all the rural enjoyment of the surrounding woodland walks and is under 20 minutes’ walk from the heart of the spa town, home to many restaurants, shops and bars. The exceptional shopping of Leeds is only 15 miles away and the rolling contours of the Yorkshire Dales is right on the doorstep.
From January 30, the show home and a sales and marketing suite will be open at Sussex Court daily from 10.30am to 5.00pm.
