Three is the magic number for Cameron Homes in the West Midlands

Cameron Homes, one of the West Midlands’ largest family-owned housebuilding companies, is springing into action with the launch of three new developments in the region.

The Staffordshire-based company, which has been building for more than 20 years, is heading for a busy season as it opens sales offices at three new sites in Kings Bromley, Tividale and Birmingham.

Kings Wood is the new development in Kings Bromley, just six miles from Lichfield, with just 12 homes on offer, with two- to five-bedroom house types priced from £275,000. The sales office opens on 2 April, with a show home following at the end of May.

“These homes are set in an idyllic country location but just a short drive from Lichfield city centre,” said Andy Gough, sales and marketing director for Cameron.

The first phase of homes has been released at Keepers Cross, a new scheme in Tividale in the Black Country. In all, 60 new homes will be built here, with the first phase of three-bedroom homes starting at just £175,000. Two- and four-bedroom homes will also be part of the scheme.

Gough adds: “We have a long tradition of building in the Black Country and are pleased to be back with this development in Tividale, which will be one of our most significant schemes in the region.” The marketing suite is open daily from 11.00am to 5.00pm.

The third new development is Hall Gardens, next to Erdington’s Hollyfields Centre in Woodacre Road, Birmingham, where the sales office for this collection of 14 three- and four-bedroom homes is already open to house-hunters. Seven different homes designs are available, with prices starting at £250,000.

The development is only around a mile from Spaghetti Junction and four miles from Birmingham city centre – perfect for commuters to the city and beyond, with some excellent local amenities on the doorstep.
