Satisfied customer buys her fourth property from Persimmon Homes
A loyal customer has just bought her fourth new-build property from housebuilder Persimmon Homes - and once again says she is delighted with the style and quality of the home, and the helpfulness of staff at the site.
This time 39-year-old Jennifer Hogarth purchased a brand new four-bedroom detached home at the Copper Beech Grove development in Larbert, with a little help from a purchase incentive scheme.
"I've always liked Persimmon Homes' properties," explains Jennifer, who has only ever bought new-build properties. "The style and quality you get for the price you pay is fantastic.
"I didn't think I'd be able to afford the ‘Balerno' style of house as it was out of my price range so I was thrilled when Persimmon offered me a great incentive which allowed me to buy it."
The college lecturer, who lives with her two sons, Nicky (12) and Jay (10), was so satisfied with her experience with Persimmon Homes that she wrote a letter to the managing director. The letter describes her family's stress-free move and the exceptional service she received from the staff at Persimmon Homes.
Jennifer bought her first Persimmon home in Carronshore with her husband in 1998, and lived there for five years. After the arrival of their second son in 2003, the family moved to their second Persimmon home, a larger house in Larbert, for three years before they decided to look for an even larger home to give their growing sons more space. In 2007 they moved into a six-bedroom townhouse in the Newcarron area of Falkirk, where they stayed for six and half years.
And now, having separated from her husband last year, Jennifer decided to move back to Larbert. "I've always been keen on the area. It's close to the shops and has great schools. My son Nicky goes to Larbert High School which is one of the top schools in the area."
Copper Beech Grove offers a range of one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, all set in the grounds of the former Bellsdyke Hospital in Kinnaird Village, Larbert. Providing plenty of open spaces for families to enjoy, including woodland walks, the area also has a newly-opened primary school making it the perfect location for families.
Persimmon has just released a third phase of homes there called Chestnut Grove, incorporating 40 traditional, semi-detached and detached three-, four- and five-bedroom homes from their Scottish Town house style range, with prices from £119,995 upwards.
"I fell in love with the development immediately," says Jennifer. "My favourite feature is the tree-lined entrance to the site. It not only looks pretty but also gives you a sense of privacy."
