New show home to launch at Derbyshire retirement Open Day this Saturday
Richmond Villages unveils its newest show home this Saturday 23 April at a special open Day event at Richmond Aston-on-Trent, its development to the south-east of Derby.
The new apartment will give potential buyers a chance not only to see a full furnished property, but to take a thorough look at the lifestyle on offer at the Derbyshire scheme. Already, 80% of the 125 privately owned new retirement properties have been reserved. Construction at the village is well under way, with the first residents due to move in this autumn.
Visitors will be able to meet the Richmond Villages team, led by senior village advisor Alison Harding, to find out what accommodation is available and take a look at the floor plans.

Suites start at £185,000 and apartments from £280,000.The apartments and available to people 55 and over and have one or two bedrooms with the master bedroom en suite, together with a fully fitted kitchen and integrated appliances, a bathroom/wet room, an allocated parking space, emergency 24-hour call system to the on-site support team, and wellness spa membership.
Tailored care is available to every resident at the £35m scheme from the Richmond Villages domiciliary care team, who are on-site 24-hours a day. An additional care home is also on site, right at the heart of the village, with services in nursing and dementia care.
The village provide the feel of a five-star hotel, with facilities including a wellness spa with swimming pool and gym, hair and beauty salon, library, IT room, terrace café, garden bar and restaurant. The properties are set within landscaped grounds, which even feature a croquet lawn.
