New homes launching this weekend at The Timberyard Deptford

Keith OsborneDeveloper Lendlease has announced the launch of its latest new homes scheme in south-east London and is hosting a special event for prospective buyers this Friday and Saturday (12 and 13 February) to introduce details of the properties for sale.
Cedarwood Square is the first phase of new homes at The Timberyard Deptford and will offer a range of new one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, priced from £399,950, and four-bedroom townhouses, pieced from £850,000.
The sales event for homebuyers and investors take place at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf, 46 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 8RS, on Friday 12 February from 10.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 13 February from 10.00am to 4.00pm. The first phase will comprise 203 homes and, subject to final planning consent, their construction will start on site in the middle of this year and be due for completion in winter 2018.
These new homes are conveniently located on a former industrial site in London’s travel Zone 2 and will be surrounded by 28 acres of green space around Deptford – alongside the picturesque Pepys Park and just moments from the River Thames. There will be a newly created Waterline linear park, which will run the length of the historic route of the Grand Surrey Canal, allowing residents to enjoy riverside and parkside living.
Interiors will be designed with open-plan living spaces, timber flooring and floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows, and all apartments and townhouses will also include either a balcony or terrace.
Deptford’s High Street is a short walk away from these new homes, with an eclectic mix of shops, cafés, restaurants and lively markets.
