New developer to make debut at next weekend’s First Time Buyer Home Show
A brand new developer will be making its public debut this Saturday 8 October at the First Time Buyer Home Show, as it brings its range of Surrey new homes to the attention of hundreds of would-be property owners at the Islington event.
Magna Group was founded by two friends, Chris Madelin and Oliver Mason, and the company will be “bringing a touch of Mayfair to the Surrey commuter belt” at the show, which is taking place at the Business Design Centre and will be presenting a whole range of new homes perfectly suited to first-time buyers in London and the South East of England.
The company’s debut development is Magna Riverside, located in Godalming, with a range of 17 studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which will feature an impressive specification of fitted kitchens, marble bathrooms and built-in sounds and lighting systems. The government-backed Help to Buy scheme will be available at the development.
Prices start at £195,000 for a studio, £215,000 for a one-bedroom property and £350,000 for a two-bedroom unit. Magna Riverside will be available at a ‘pre-launch’ stage, giving buyers the widest choice of properties from the first phase.
The development is just a stroll from both Godalming High Street and the River Wey, with the town’s station also within easy reach and offering a 45-minute journey into central London. Godalming is in easy reach of Guildford and the A3, and on the doorstep of the countryside and quaint villages of the Surrey Hills.
