Homebuyer is on the right tracks at Norfolk Place

Ben SalisburyAnoop Sharma, a business analyst has tried to stay one step ahead of expected house price increases by moving from Harrow to his new home in Iver.
When choosing to move into his new home at Kebbell Homes’ Norfolk Place development in Iver, Anoop, 40, factored in anticipated house price increase because of the forthcoming Crossrail development but quality of build was also one of his considerations.
Anoop, a Business Analyst working in Canary Wharf, recently moved to the development to take advantage of Crossrail, which is due for completion in 2019. He said: “Norfolk Place is incredibly well placed. I wanted to buy now to enjoy the benefits of Crossrail before the house prices in the area are affected by it.
“It’ll make a huge difference to my commute as it will reduce it from well over an hour to just 40 minutes. Norfolk Place is also in a great location because it’s close to two major motorways and only 10 minutes away from Heathrow. What makes it even better is that, despite being so close to major transportation links, it’s so quiet and peaceful. It sounds cliché but it really is the best of both worlds.”
Anoop makes the move from Harrow, where he lived for 15 years. Although he was not initially looking to buy a new build property, he was swayed by the quality and style of his new Kebbell home.
He continued: “I’m a perfectionist and it really impressed me to see that Kebbell were even more fastidious than I am. They truly care about every last detail and they wanted everything to be perfect – and it really is. The quality of the build is truly everything I could have wanted and more.
“Kebbell Homes made everything so easy and the whole housebuying process was so much less daunting process than I thought it would be.
“I have fantastic commuter links, a quality home and two stunning parks close by – what more could I need?”
