Help to Buy London offered on final apartments at L&Q’s Wandsworth development

The final batch of properties at the scheme will include four two-bedroom apartments priced from £591,250, just under the Help to Buy London threshold of £600,000. Under the shared equity scheme in the capital, buyers need supply just 5% as a deposit, with the government providing a 40% equity loan (interest-free for the first five years), leaving the buyer to find a mortgage for 55% - a percentage that can secure some of the most competitive home loans on the market.
